Men’s TRT Plans:

Our TRT membership includes everything you need to optimize your hormones.

• Standard TRT Package – $199/month
• ✔ Testosterone medication (injections, cream, or oral capsule option)
  ✔ Supplies (syringes, alcohol pads)

✔ 2-day delivery to your residence
✔ Ongoing physician management, dose adjustments & blood exams (required 2-4 blood draws for the first year)
✔ Unlimited support via portal or telehealth

✔ Aromatase inhibitor if clinically necessary

• Fertility Preservation TRT Package – $249/month
• Everything in Standard, plus:
  ✔ Enclomiphene (SERM) support
  ✔ Aromatase inhibitor if clinically necessary
  ✔ HCG medication and syringes, if clinically necessary, (add-on $50/month)

• Elite Optimization TRT Package – $299/month
• Everything in Standard, plus:
  ✔ NAD+ or Peptide Therapy add-on included (limit to one vial every 8 weeks)

✔Tesamorelin (add-on $60/month)
✔ Direct access to your provider (text + same-day telehealth)
✔ Fertility preservation (add-on $50/month for Enclomiphene, $100/month for HCG)
